co-signing deal gone bad

Just from the title, my guess is that it went "bad" for the cosigner. Sad to say, the only option for that poor guy is to pay. (Maybe, he can successfully sue the actual borrower.)

Ok, sorry.My friend co-sign for a car for his daughter. He had a falling out with her and needs her to sign the car over to him but she doesn't want to. What else can do about this matter.

Nothing. She does not have to turn over her car and he can't sue about anything until he has to pay on the debt.

Why in the world would she do that? It's her car. And he's still on the hook for the loan.
