Just from the title, my guess is that it went "bad" for the cosigner. Sad to say, the only option for that poor guy is to pay. (Maybe, he can successfully sue the actual borrower.)

Ok, sorry.My friend co-sign for a car for his daughter. He had a falling out with her and needs her to sign the car over to him but she doesn't want to. What else can do about this matter.
