I am currently living in a dorm room, and on the weekends the dorm staff doesn't deliver our mail to our boxes, nor do they let us pick up packages. My question is can they legally refuse to give us our mail?

Thanks.

was college student and had same problem

according to what i was told it is legal only because the mailboxes you use aren't your property but are looked upon as a rental. also the thing about refusing to give you mail is also legal because since you are renting the boxes from them they can choose when and how to give your mail to you.
