I recently took out a payday loan and signed a contract for repayment. Before repayment, you are allowed to request an extension, via email, and pay only the interest. I sent an email requesting an extension and received a phone call from a representative to come to an agreement of no more than $116 to be debited from my account on July 1. On July 1, the company made three separate attempts to debit three separate amounts totaling over $350. All, but $159 was returned NSF and other checks I had written as payment to other bills were returned due to the company attempting to debit more than what was agreed. I also incurred several NSF fees for this mistake. I made a phone call and asked why they attempted the three debits and they stated I never filed an extension, which is not true. So after much arguing via email and phone, the customer service rep stated my balance as payment in full would be $372. I argued that this was incorrect, that they owed me money due to all the NSF fees they caused. She sent an email offering to waive the $80 collection fees, making my balance in full $292. I agreed to this and asked it to be debited from my account on July 18. On July 18, this company made two attempts to debit my account in amounts totalling $372 which again caused other checks of mine to go NSF and caused more NSF fees. I called the customer service rep and asked why this occurred, we had an agreement and she stated that's what I owed and they were not capable of waiving the $80 fees. I try and contact them daily, and they now will not accept my phone calls or emails. This company has cost me several hundred dollars in fees, and payments over the last month. Is there anything that can be done? Is this company in the wrong? I need help!!!!!!!

I have a copy of every email sent and received to and from this company. I have pointed out their mistakes, and still, nothing from them.
