company went bankrupt..still charging credit card

I purchased some items from CyberRebates.com. I sent in all the info and they stated they received the rebate forms and my rebate would be sent out. Today they filed Chapter 11. My credit card is still being charged for their overpriced goods. Must I pay this charge? Since the company is closed I have no way of returning the goods even if I could.

I'm in FL..they're in NY
