Company will NOT stop calling me

A company that sells medicine over the internet will NOT stop calling me. I have told them to stop calling me EVERYDAY and they continue to call me daily, sometimes more than once a day. They laugh when i tell them to stop calling me and say things like "okay talk to you tomorrow".

Is there ANYTHING i can do to get them to stop?
