I have a website of a autodealership, autodealershipnamehere_sucks.com. I received a phone call from the dealership saying that I have to take my website down or they will have their lawyers contact me. My website does not have any links to the dealership's website, I have none of the dealers trademarks on my website, just me story about how the dealer screwed me.

Do I have to take my site down? I'm I covered by "free speech". I'm not willing to fight the situation, don't have the resources. Just want to know my rights. Thanks.
