I purchased a computer 4 1/2 years ago on month to month buy program. Computer company sent 2 systems instead of the one . I returend 1 system with the approval of computer comapny and they closed accout.
I was paying on second account. Months later i recived a call from collection agency on the computer i sent back.(account I was paying on was payed closed and i recivied no more bills).
After messing with collections and computer company they supposedly closed accounts. Apprently they havent I recived another bill and letter form collections stating I owe them money this is after 2 1/2 years has passed.
Customer service of company shows both accounts paid, financial services says I owe them money. What can I do to help my self ?
