I sell computers to various consumers, and also offer tutorial courses. I would like to draft a new contract for UK consumers, specifically excluding liability for inconvenience, economic loss, damage to property and personal injury caused by defaults, to lock-in customers to tutorial courses and to exclude liability where sales staff give untrue statements.
How can I do this?
