    Conns harassment

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Long story short. I got a new number in june. Conns called me everyday for a carlos. I told them they had the wrong number, they said they would update.. that never happened. I worked in call centers, I know they can take up to 30 days, so I put up with it for 30 days, the calls kept coming. Spoke with multiple supervisors, all said sorry, they said they would take my number of the list.. waited another 30 days, still didnt stop..even when I told them every single frickin day. So what I did was call the police, filed a report, filed a complaint with the AG, and some consumer something or another.. the calls did not stop, so i changed my number. Well just the other day I got a letter from a lawyer telling me they can handle this case for me. What is their to handle. I was being harrassed, what do I need to do to escalate the issue?

    Sorry, US Law ONLY.
A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part...

You can never make the same mistake twice, because the second time you make it, it's not a mistake, it's a CHOICE.
