I live in louisiana but the company is in Florida.
I signed up with a credit counseling service to take care of my debt. I receive my credit card statements in the mail every month and I am still receiving late charges and other fees that the company is supposed to take care of. I just received a call from one card saying the counseling company dropped me from the program months ago. I have been making payments to them and I was not informed of this. What legal rights do I have?
