i bought a riding mower april 2002. it has a 2 year warrenty. april 2003 it messed up. i took it where i bought it to be fixed. they called and said problem not covered under warrenty will you pay to fix it. said yes. when the mower was ready to pickup they told me it would be covered under warrenty to wait another day for pickup. next day they told me it would not be covered. do i have to pickup this mower?

"do i have to pickup this mower?"
*** Of course, you have no obligation to pick up the mower. However, whether you have to pay for the repairs or not will depend largely on the warranty documents, repair estimate and any other agreement made.
