I sold a car to a "friend" for $3000 and she paid all but $600 and stopped paying so i repossed the car. The car was in great shape when i sold it to her a year ago but now it is in awful shape. To resale the car i would have to put $1000-$2000 of repairs in the car. can i sue her for the repairs of the car or just the money she owes? We have a contract that said she was to pay me $200 a month until the sum of $3000 was paid. What can i do?
