What is the name of your state (Florida)?

We were under duress while purchasing a vehicle yesterday. We returned the car back today, putting the keys on the desk and driving off. Are we bound to this car if the contract does not have a signature?

A contract is an agreement, not a signature. However, for goods valued over $500, there is a requirement for the agreement to be written and signed by the party it is to be enforced against.
