I live in Massachusetts. I signed a contract with a singles meeting service in an amount greater than $2,500 for a 3 year period. The contract advises me that I have the option to "recede this agreement without penalty or obligation at any time prior to midnight of the sellers third business day excluding Sundays and holidays". But I also initialed an addendum to membership agreement which stated "I waive my right to cancel".

Is waiving my right to cancel during the cooling-off period legally binding?
