On 7/07/2003, I signed a contract (with a no cooling off period) to purchase a used vehicle from a dealership, and I paid $500 downpayment. On 7/08/2003, I decided not to purchase the used vehicle and went back to the dealership, and could not obtain my $500 downpayment back.
