I recently 11/04/09 sold my transportation business on a installment type sale! Part of the purchase and sales agreement is a paragraph that states the following; " if Hermann Pfeuti (me) is available to work.he will be guaranteed a weekly income of $ 500.00 compensation for driving services performed for Saco Valley Trader Inc. ( new owners)
But now they ( new owners) are saying if the don't have work for me they are not obligated to pay me the weekly salary witch they agreed on, and signed off on.
As this is just in the beginning stage of the sale 11/4/09 I need to get this legally resolved
