Georgia Can a county owned hospital grant an exclusive contract for anesthesia services? As a licensed practitioner in anesthesia with hospital privileges and requested by the surgeon to give his patients anesthesia, can the hospital refuse to allow me to provide the services due to an exclusive contract with another anesthesia group. please let me know.
