I live in Pennsylvania. I helped a friend to buy a car by signing an loan with him. My name is the first name on the loan contract while his is the co-buyer. But he has the car and took it somewhere else where I can't locate. I just found out that the social security number he used on the contract is somebody else's. Can I cancel the loan contract due to the credit fraud and ask the bank to reposses the car?
