I signed a contract with a debt consolidation company appx 1 yr ago; the company recently "changed over" to a new company; I am not happy with the service so far and have already paid over $600 in fees to the other company in addition to the monthly fee; they are not paying my creditors; my question is whether I can cancell the agreement as this new company is not who I signed with; I would like to be free of this contract as it is not helping me resolve my debts and that $600 could have paid off another creditor; please advise me of my rights; thanks
