I signed a contract 23 days ago to join a gym for one year at $199. They sold the gym to to another company who want me to sign a new contract and give then an additonal $100 plus a $39 transfer fee. Is my orginal contract still valid and do I have to pay the additonal money for the remaining 6 months?
