a company are contracted to hire a conference suite within a hotel. the contract required the company to pay £4000 immediately and then a further £7000 on the day of the congference. but there was an accident on the day of the conference and it was cancelled. is the company entitled to anything because of this accident? are the hotel breaching thier contract?
