If a contract for sale of personal property has been agreed to and signed by both parties in writing, then the seller dies before the transaction is complete, is the contract void, is it voidable by either party, that is, the buyer or the heirs of the seller, or is the contract still alive in the same state as before the seller died? I live in Arizona if this makes any difference.

Thanks.
