What is the name of your state? California. I have paid off a trailor I bought by making payments; I have been late on some payments, but did get it paid off; my question is now party i bought from wants to charge me irterest (not stated in contrat) and punitive fees (not stated in contract), and wants to make all payments I made as rent on said trailor.
