Need advice on contract
What is the name of your state? VA
I would appreciate any advice on where I can find contract guidelines. I signed a two-ply agreement. Since that time the other party has made additional marks on the top copy that subtly affect the meaning of the contract to their benefit. No notice was made to me on any of these changes. They tell me that it does not matter since their copy shows the marks and that my signature is on the bottom. Do I have any recourse?
