contract rescission

What is the name of your state? NJ

We went to a presentation of prepaid vacation units and signed a contract and paid them money based upon what they told us of the benefits. the contract had 2 different places where we signed that there could be no rescission, although we didn't know it when we signed. within 2 days we knew they misrepresented the product and wrote them asking for rescission. They refuse. I've been to BBB and Master card where we paid. Does NJ have a statute allowing rescission? Would I have any chance in small claims court?
