What is the name of your state? Georgia

In 1999 we purchased a 5-year membership in the Coverns RV Resort, Huachuca City, AZ, from Choice Camping Inc. In 2001 we were offered the opportunity to purchase a lifetime membership. Even though we had to scrape up the money, we did it. The main reason we bought this membership was to belong to Coast to Coast and Choice was aware of this. Now they tell us they are dropping Coast to Coast and going with RPI. Per Corey (their very pushy, snotty, salesman) they will give us an $800 credit toward the RPI which costs $1100. That means another $300-$400. We had to make a decision by October 20, 2003, or they would "release" us. We chose not to. My 5-year membership is still in effect. That means they are getting the "lifetime" money and will not provide anything for it. Can they do this? If not, what should I do?
