I was recently reading through a contract from Nexon Inc. and stumbled across a line stating the following ...


Termination
Nexon may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. The service charge paid by you, if any, will not be refunded to you if Nexon terminates your account for any reason, or if you cancel it.

Was basically wondering, can they terminate you without just cause?

They own it, they can make the rules.


BTW, that site is from South Korea, US law would not apply anyway.
