i bought a kirby sweeper with a mastercard. the salesman had me sign a retail installment contract/security agreement paper- the same one i would sign if i was having the sweeper financed through them. that paper says i have 3 days to cancel the transaction. since i did not use their financing can i return this sweeper after the 3 days? it's been 25 days. they say i cannot but since it was an installment contract i signed and not a bill of sale, it seems i should be able to return it.
