In Pennsylvania...
I am going to contract with a small businessman to build a retaining wall in my back yard. I want to be sure that my expectations for the wall are met at the price that we agree upon in the time frame that we agree upon.
Is there any special wording or phrases that I should include or exclude from the contract?
Does anyone have any advice in general?
