We are creating a web site that will contract with vendors to sell items they make. We want to encourage entrepreneurism at every age and would like to be able to include vendors under age 18. Is it possible to write a contract that will be legally binding with a minor and/or their legal guardian? If so, is there any particular wording that should be included? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
