What is the name of your state?pa. what options do I have to force a contractor to do what he has been paid to do. left the job unfinished. we did pay him in full.complication could be that we had him put in a septic when our sand mound failed after 8 years.it that in itself illegal . will that fact disqualify us from seeking relief?
