What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

Can I keep a contractor from removing his equipment from my property because I'm not satified with his work. He has been paid in full. A few defects
became apperant two days after 5the work was completed. In my opinion he
did not use generally accepted construction practices.

Thank you
Mikez

No, you have no right to prevent the contractor from removing his equipment. That could actually be considered theft. The proper method is to document what you consider to be wrong then seek a remedy through your local courts.
