Contractual ViolationWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CT We went into a Wal-Mart store to buy a product. The products were placed on the shelf and advertised at $1.38. We went to purchase several of the items, and when the cashier rang them up, they were $3.65 per item. We asked for the manager, and he refused to live up to the policy. Has a Federal Law been violated? |

| No retailer is obligated by law to sell something if there is an error in pricing. In most cases such as this, you will likely find that the tag on the shelf did not match the item on the shelf.
