What is the name of your state? Texas

My friend purchased a GM vehicle through their financing program by trading in her existing car and giving the dealer $7500 cash. She test drove the car in the rain, but when she bought it the next day and drove the car home on dry roads she didn't like the way it handled. Can she return the car and cancel the contract and get a refund, less any processing fees?

No. She can trade the car in on another one she likes and get credited for the worth of the car as a trade in.
