I lease a room at a spa, the owner wants me to sign a new contract. She took a contract from another large spa in town and copied word for word except changing the business name to her own. The other spa hired an attorney to write theirs, and she's just copied it. Is this legal

The other spa probably wouldn't like to hear she did that, but regardless of where she got it, it's still binding between you and her.
