we have a local county comission chairman 3 months in to his elected term it seems he is already taking kickbacks he just dissregarded the bidding process an awarded a bid to caterpillar corp for a 5 year contract to furnish equipment to maintain rural county roads over John Deere corp which John Deeres bid was 160,000.00 lower for the same contract both have the same spects an service agreements. I know that county commission electorate can except or reject all bids at thier desire, but this goes against thier own rules of bidding what legal means can be taken could this be considered malfeasance of office? what steps should be taken to stop him before its to late.
