Fiancee buys a used car....two months later the car has an issue and the dealer fixes it for the price of the parts only. No mention of any charges. Months later she finds out that they took her money for sales tax and DMV costs that she paid up front and still included them in the contract as well(doubled up). She contacts them and they tell her to get lost. Well...she contacts the better business bureau and the DMV after sending them a ignored registered letter months ago and now the dealer calls and asks for her address to send her the repair bill trying to intimidate her.....recourse???
