Due to present war would like to cancel cruise already paid for but no insurance. Company wants to keep half of cost for trip ($2600) wants to keep @ $1300 is this legal because of act of war now on live in PA

Read the fine print in your contract. Unless your cruise was a battleship heading for the Mediteranean, you are bound by the cancellation terms and provisions in the contract.
