What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
I am wondering what the law is once a customer has bought building materials and the builder puts it together, if the builder is unable to finish the job due to property lines and a variance being denied, is the builder responsible to the customer for the materials bought, supposing the customer bought them direct.
