We live in New Mexico and send customers on trips to other countries. A verbal agreement was made to the person(s) who provide the trips that our customer list would not be used, because clients were acquired by us. Recently, these persons are mailing and emailing person(s) on our list without permission. We have asked them to stop and they refuse. What can we do legally?
