What is the name of your state?
OK....so I live in Georgia...just bought a used car from a couple.
Turns out, the previous owner of the car is dead....title is still in his name and! as if that wasn't bad enough....the title has three leans against it still. The people who sold it to me are giving me the runaround about taking care of the problem so i can eventually get a tag for the car......
I just want my money back and for them to come and get their dead dads car.
Any suggestions?
