My husband purchased a truck Sunday. He gave them $2000 down and his truck as a trade in. We still owed on the truck we traded in. The dealer promised payment of $500 a month. My husband agreed, he left with the new truck and a sales agreement. Yesterday the dealer called and said they could not get it financed unless we put more money down. We have to return the vehicle b/c we cannot put more money down. Can they do that?
