I contracted a company to extend my patio and resurface it. The company couldn't find anyone else to pour the cement, so the salesman did. It is uneven and was just not done properly. The company has redone a portion of it because of the poor worksmanship done by the salesman and resurfaced it. It is still not done satisfactorily. The contract states that the patio is warranted against defective workmanship for 2 years. If the company will not fix the patio, what recourse to I have? I have already filed a complaint with the BBB.
