What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I am building a home. My builder received funds from my lender which he paid $12,600 deposit to Circle L Roofing for materials. Circle L roofing is now out of business or filed chapter or bankruptcy...what options are available to me to recovery those funds
