My college roomate has our roomate agreement posted up on the wall in our room. The roomate agreement was a legal contract that we all had to sign that described the rules that we would follow for our room. I find some of the rules to be overly strict and some are just ridiculous but I abide to them because I signed the contract. But does my roomate have the right to keep this contract posted up where all of our visitors can see it? Do I have the right to take it down?
