What is the name of your state?
I live in Florida.Anyway I'M not sure if the right place for this question but here it goes? about 3 years ago my wife's uncle came to me and offer me to stay with his car "just keep paying for it and it's your" I was looking to buy a car at that time so the deal seem very good! we didn' do any writen contract or anything and the car has remained under his name.Now he wants me to come up with whatever is left on the loan or he'll take it back.what are my options here? what can I do to keep the car without coming up with all the cash.also I don't trust him anymore so what happens if I pay it off and he keeps it anyway?
Please help!!! he wants the money by Monday!
