I am part of a high school reunion committee in Florida, we signed a contract with a New York based reunion planning company. We have not heard from this company in several months. Their phone numbers, web-site, and email addresses are no longer valid. If we sign with a new company, can this old one surface and demand money? Or can we get this contract dissolved?
