This letter is to inform you that we,¡¨ Michael and Beverly Wilkinson¡¨, are very dissatisfied with the services we received on, June 30, 2001. And are seeking a full refund at this time without seeking legal advice, due to breech of contact.
I hope after reviewing the discrepancies that you ¡§Turner Enterprise, Inc. dba¡¨ will see this would not be a wedding you would want to for your own daughter. The following contracted services outlined in your brochures and itinerary, were not performed or were only partially performed.
„h The event was very disorganized, Dana had told us, she would let us know what to do and when to do it. Most of the time we were looking for her.
„h The public was entering during our wedding ceremony, which was being performed near one of the entrances, which should have been blocked during the time of the ceremony, for privacy.
„h No private reception.
„h We were seated with our guests, which Dana explained there would be another couple at the dinner and a third set of thrones would be provided, there were no mention of a third couple that did get separate seating by the King and Queen.
„h We were told only the night before that the King and Queen of Rock, from WXKR-94.5, would be at the event, but would have their own itinerary separate from ours,¡¨ Michael and Beverly¡¦s¡¨.
„h No rose petals were thrown entering into the Kings Banquet Hall.
„h No serving of the cake with champagne toast.
„h No participation in the midday parade.
„h No throwing of the bouquet hosted by the Royal Knights.
„h Receiving a picture of a scroll with the words typed on it is not a handmade keepsake scroll.
„h Carriage ride was far from romantic, riding with people dressed as comical characters not even of the time period, having people make lewd comments regarding the woman¡¦s costume and how it stuck out in the front, as we rode by. This was both embarrassing and humiliating to us.
„h Photographs and videotape with non-guest talking and walking in front of them, photographs and taping of the carriage ride which looked like a joke.
„h Tickets were to be given to our guest for complimentary drinks from the groom and bride, only a few our guest received them. They were also given out to non-guest of the wedding.
We spent many hours, going from store to store, web site to web site, looking for items that would fit the period of time. This was our special day we worked very hard for this to be a joyous memory not as it ended.
I would appreciate in written a reply in a timely fashion.
