I got a loan through Fleet financial they said I needed to get gap insurance to get my loan. Then I found out I didn't.. And got with them and they told me that if I cancel in the first month I would get a full refund... After 3 months still no refund so they told me they had a problem and that they would send me a 100 dollars gift card for every month that went by without me getting my refund... It's been four months since that and still no refund or gift cards...the gap insurance was like 1300 dollars...
