Doesn't want a flight from priceline.com !

Hi,
first of all, I am an German Intern so sorry for
my English.
Yesterday I wanted to get a flight to Seattle from
the Bay Area.
I saw the ads of priceline and it sounds quite good.
The problem is, the flight usually takes one and a
half hour, but the flight I got is more than six
hours over Salt Lake City. I wanted to change it, but
they don't allow this. The airline(Delta) would be
helpful, but they have contracts with priceline.com.
I know, that I made a mistake, but I would like to
cancel it. The customer service is very arrogant and
allows nothing, instead of helping me, they asked me,
if I wanted to rent a car there...
I would be glad, to get some advice.
